for our Second Annual Celebration of National Arts Advocacy Day!

10 a.m. Advocacy Workshop
County Theater, 20 East State Street, Doylestown
Registration, Coffee and Networking
“Communicating with Legislators in the Current Economic Climate”
This workshop will present the basics of how to approach your legislators, then quickly
move on to how to deal with specific issues facing the arts and culture sector today.
Learn how to present your organization’s value to the community to your legislators.

Afterward, we will walk together to the Courthouse.

Bucks County Courthouse, Main & Court Streets, Doylestown
Join us as we raise awareness of the importance of arts and culture in the life of the
County - especially with regard to education, the economy and quality of life.
Arts & Cultural Council members are encouraged to set up a table around the perimeter of
the area and share printed materials about their organizations.
